You should make sure that the extension you want to buy is suitable for domain name registration and usage purposes. In certified domain names, not every extension is allocated to all kinds of organizations. In addition, after determining the appropriate extension, you should make sure that you have the necessary documents for the registration of this domain name.

The first and foremost principle in all kinds of domain name registration is the “first come, first served” principle. If you believe that you have the right to use a domain name or that your trademark/name is being used, you can file an objection to the official institutions (court) if the domain name was allocated with a document, or to the authorized dispute mechanism if it was allocated without a document after September 14, 2022.
In all kinds of domain name registrations, the first and foremost principle is “first come, first served”. In order to take action on the domain name, the application process must be finalized.

To get your domain name active, make sure that you’ve purchased server services, pointed your domain name to those servers, and created a website that will provide content for your domain name. Registering a domain name is just one of the things you need to have an active website.

Domain names that have not been paid for will be paused for two (2) months after the payment deadline has passed. At the end of two (2) months, they are automatically deleted by the TRABIS (.tr registry authority) system.
After the deletion, no new registration can be made to the relevant domain name for one (1) month. The information that this domain name is opened for registration is published on the TRABIS website for one (1) month after deletion.

It is sufficient to scan or photograph your documents and submit them in PDF or JPEG format. Physical documents are not accepted.
