You can view your application status in the “My Domains” tab under active, pending, and canceled status. Your pending domain name will be switched to an active domain name in fifteen (15) minutes. In case of any problem, you can contact us via the Help/Support page and obtain detailed information about the subject.

You can apply for domain names with Turkish characters except for the ones domain names with .info, .org, .pro and .tv extensions. However, some hosting or e-mail services do not support Turkish or other local characters.

In order for your domain name to become active, make sure that you have registered server services, directed your domain name to these servers, and prepared a website that will provide content for your domain name. Registering a domain name is just one of the things you need to have an active website.

• You should make sure that it has 2-63 characters.
• You can use characters from the letter A to the letter Z, from the digit 0 to the digit 9, and you can also use the hyphen (-) sign. However, you are not allowed to use a hyphen (-) at the beginning or end of the domain name.
• You should choose a catchy name that is relevant to your website content.
• You should check the history of the name and the content of similar names.
• You should choose a domain name that points to your content and is compatible with SEO.
• You should pay attention to avoid confusion of English and Turkish characters.
• You should choose a domain name that is easy to write and read and avoid spelling mistakes.
• If you are going to create a site that you will support with different areas such as social media, you should also review its compliance with their criteria.
