Cancellation and Refunding Policy

Conditions for cancellation and refunding about the sales on by ODTÜ Geliştirme Vakfı Bilgi Teknolojileri San. Ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“SERVICE PROVIDER”) are stated below:

  • Payments of the rejected applications are refunded to the Client by the SERVICE PROVIDER. SERVICE PROVIDER refunds the money back to as credit to the client’s account in the system.
  • If SERVICE PROVIDER is not able to contact with client but needs to refund the payment, transfer the related amount to the account of the client in the system as “credit”. Client may use this credit to buy another service or request the refund of the credits.
  • In case of an excess payment resulting from a fallacy of user, bank, software or alike, Client is liable to notify the SERVICE PROVIDER about the situation and request the refund by means of creating a support ticket. Related amount will be credited to the client’s account in the system following the client’s notification.
  • In the case the client cancels the sale without notifying SERVICE PROVIDER, sold services may be deactivated depending on the “Charge Back” notifications send by the bank.
  • For the domain names (registration and renewal) are immediately perfomed services, refund is not possible in terms of execution and it is out of refund conditions.
