Performance-Based Discount System

Model Overview

METUnic offers the Performance-Based Discount Model, a domain name pricing model designed to help all business partners work together more efficiently. This model offers flexible discounts based on your performance, and your discount rate increases as your business volume grows.

Performance Indicators and Discount Rates

Your performance is evaluated based on the domain name registrations, domain name transfers and domain name renewals you make. Each new domain name registration, each transfer of a domain name to METUnic or each renewal of an existing domain name increases your performance and helps you reach higher discount rates.

Depending on the number of your transactions, discount rates range from a minimum of 34% to a maximum of 45% for .com.tr domain names, and from a minimum of 8% to a maximum of 15% (12% for transfers and renewals) for .com domain names. The more transactions you make, the higher your discount rate. For multi-year purchases, each year counts as a new transaction. Once the maximum performance threshold is reached, the maximum discount rate is applied to every further domain transaction. Performance Measurement and Billing

Our performance measurement period is monthly. At the end of each month, we evaluate your performance and add the credits you have earned to your customer account. You can spend your credits whenever you like and track them live from your customer panel. At the end of each month, an invoice is issued for the amount you have paid; the credits used are shown as a discount on that invoice.
