What is hosting?
Hosting is an online server service that keeps the data of your websites, web projects and files published and accessible on the internet without interruption.
Which files can I store in my hosting package?
Since our infrastructure is Linux-based, you can host, manage and publish all your PHP, HTML, JS, CSS and similar web-based projects, except .ASP and .NET projects.
Can I use the hosting service for cloud storage?
No. Our hosting services are provided solely for running and publishing websites. Under our fair use policy, they cannot be used for file backup, archiving or personal cloud storage.
Can I use the hosting service for my professional and corporate projects?
Yes, you can. With the advanced cPanel control panel and high resource quotas, you can securely host your corporate websites and professional projects.
Is your hosting service cPanel licensed?
Yes. All our hosting servers use original, up-to-date licenses verified by cPanel.
Can I send email through my hosting service?
Yes, you can send email. However, hourly and daily email sending limits apply to our standard hosting packages. For high-volume and commercial email sending, we recommend our Business Email service.
Where are your hosting servers located?
Our hosting service runs on a high-speed, low-latency (ping) server infrastructure in a Tier 3 data center located in Türkiye.
What kinds of sites can I launch with the hosting service?
You can publish personal blogs, e-commerce platforms, corporate websites, WordPress and similar content management systems, as well as any custom web applications you develop.
When will my hosting account be active after I place an order?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the system automatically sets up your hosting account and sends you your access details.
Do you offer a free SSL certificate?
Yes. All our hosting packages include a free AutoSSL (Let's Encrypt) certificate, which is activated automatically for your domain name.
Can I change the PHP version?
Yes. Using the MultiPHP Manager / Select PHP Version tool in cPanel, you can switch freely between PHP versions 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3.
Can I move my website hosted on another server to you?
Yes. You can move your cPanel-based websites hosted with another company in one click through cPanel.
