Campaign Details
- Campaign start date: October 8, 2026
- Campaign end date: Until the quota is filled
1. Scope of the Campaign
The campaign applies when a .com domain and the Metutech.Design service are purchased together in the same order during the campaign period.
2. Eligibility
- Each customer account may benefit from the Campaign only once (1).
- The campaign is limited to the first 1,000 (one thousand) customers. The campaign ends when its quota is filled.
- The campaign is available to customers who do not have an active or existing Metutech.Design service. Only customers purchasing the Metutech.Design service together with a .com domain for the first time may benefit from the campaign.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, the campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns. If the conditions of more than one campaign are met for the same transaction, the campaign to be applied is determined by the system.
3. Order and Cart Conditions
- To benefit from the campaign, the cart must contain 1 (one) .com domain together with 1 (one) Metutech.Design service covered by the campaign during the campaign period.
- The prices and discounts applied under the campaign are shown on the campaign page and/or the order screen.
- The campaign discount is not applied afterwards or retroactively to purchases made in separate transactions.
4. Domain Renewal and Continuity
Subsequent renewals of the .com domain registered under the campaign are not covered by the campaign. Renewals are made at the price and terms applicable to the relevant domain extension on the renewal date. Once registered, the domain is subject to the registration, use, renewal and transfer rules in force for the relevant domain service.
5. Cancellation and Refund
- If the Metutech.Design service purchased under the campaign is cancelled or a refund is requested, the service is cancelled; however, no fee is refunded for the Metutech.Design service and the domain purchased under the campaign, without prejudice to rights arising from mandatory legislation.
- If an incorrect price or campaign benefit is applied due to a technical or system error, METUnic reserves the right to correct or cancel the relevant transaction.
6. Campaign Period and Changes
- The campaign is valid between the start and end dates stated above and within the campaign quota.
- Where deemed necessary, METUnic may change the campaign terms, period or scope, limit the campaign or end it early. Orders completed before the date of change or termination are not affected.
7. Misuse and Restriction
If the campaign is used for purposes other than intended, if transactions are made to exceed the campaign limits, or if attempts are made to circumvent the campaign terms by technical or other means, METUnic reserves the right not to apply the campaign benefit or to treat the relevant transaction as outside the campaign.
8. Other Provisions
- Participation in the campaign means acceptance of these Campaign Terms.
- For other matters relating to domain and Metutech.Design services, the agreements, terms of use, policies and rules in force for the relevant services apply.
- If there is a specific difference between these Campaign Terms and the relevant service terms regarding the application of the campaign, these Campaign Terms prevail only for the transaction covered by the campaign.
