Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I hereby declare that I have been informed through the Metutech.design Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data regarding the processing of my personal data.

I acknowledge that the personal data processing activities necessary for the provision of the Metutech.design service are carried out based on the legal grounds specified in the Metutech.design Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data, and that this explicit consent applies only to additional data processing and transfer activities that are not mandatory for the provision of the service.

I acknowledge that my explicit consent is not presented as a prerequisite for the provision of, or my use of, the Metutech.design service, and that I may continue to use the Metutech.design service even if I do not provide explicit consent, except for additional non-mandatory data processing activities.

Within this scope, I give my explicit consent for my personal data to be processed and transferred for the following purposes:

1. carrying out product and service development, improving service quality, enhancing user experience, and conducting analysis, reporting and technical improvement processes;
2. carrying out information, campaign, promotion, marketing and commercial communication activities regarding products and services;
3. providing content, services and offers tailored to my interests;
4. sharing my personal data, limited to the purposes stated above, with the Company’s business partners, suppliers from whom services are received, domestic third-party service providers offering technical infrastructure, analysis, support, advertising, communication, campaign and marketing services, and, to the extent necessary, foreign third-party service providers.

I acknowledge that I have been informed that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time.
