This Pre-Information Form has been prepared for the purpose of informing the Customer, in cases where the Customer is deemed to be a consumer under consumer legislation, within the scope of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the Metutech.design service offered by ODTÜ Geliştirme Vakfı Bilgi Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. 3. Service, Fees and Payment
Metutech.design consists of artificial intelligence-supported website creation, publication, hosting and related technical services.
The scope, duration, total price, payment terms, renewal, cancellation/refund conditions and, if any, additional fees relating to the service are shown on the order screen, in package descriptions, in the Product and Service Agreement and in the Terms of Use.
The Customer acknowledges that they have been informed of these matters before completing the order.
4. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refund
In cases where the Customer is deemed to be a consumer under consumer legislation, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the period prescribed by the applicable legislation for distance service contracts.
If the Customer requests the service to begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised under the conditions set out in the applicable legislation.
If the Customer submits a cancellation request during the service period, the service fee corresponding to the unused full months of the 12-month service period shall be refunded to the Customer. Fees relating to service items that have been fully performed, specially provided or that have generated third-party service provider costs are not included within the scope of refund.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refund requests may be submitted through the customer panel, support channels, registered e-mail address or other communication channels announced by the Company.
5. Invoice, Applications and Disputes
The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the Customer during the order process.
In cases where the Customer is deemed to be a consumer under consumer legislation, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. In other cases, Ankara Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
6. Approval
The Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and electronically approved this Pre-Information Form before placing the order.
